Tom Ford released a new limited edition lipstick formula for Spring 2014 and it is called the Lip Color Sheers. They're a semi-translucent formula with shades ranging from shimmering nudes to hot, vibrant colours. Depending on what shades you pick, I found them to be slightly sheerer than the Lip Shines.

When you first apply it on with a few layers, it feels so emollient that the colour will tend to move about on the lips. So, if your lips are not in the best condition, I recommend you exfoliate and moisturise your lips with a lip balm so any chapped skin is removed before application. Also, to dab any excess colour with a clean finger and blend it out, so you end up with a more even distribution of colour. I wouldn't leave these somewhere warm, because they will melt - similar to the Burberry Lip Mists or the Tom Ford Lip Color Shines!
It feels lightweight and comfortable on the lips. Kinda feels slightly waxy so it will have a bit more lasting power on the lips - about four hours on me. It doesn't dry out my lips, but I wouldn't say it leaves it feeling more moisturised either after taking it off.
It has the usual vanilla scent that all Tom Ford's lipsticks have.
Summer Fling (04) is a sheer to buildable medium coverage, pale, warm pink with lots of gold shimmers, which are only noticeable up close. You will notice a slightly gritty feel when you first apply and rub your lips together this due to the shimmers, but once it's all blended out it feels smooth. Compared to the Tom Ford Lip Color Shine in 03 Quiver (which also has gold shimmers), Summer Fling is slightly darker and warmer (yellow) toned and sheerer.
Incorrigible (08) is a bright, fuchsia pink which is fairly pigmented. It can be built up to a very close to full coverage. Compared to the Tom Ford Lip Color Shine in 04 Ravenous (swatched HERE), Incorrigible is a little darker, cooler toned (more blue undertones to it), and also has lots of gold shimmers. Both have the same level of pigmentation. Being a darker shade than Summer Fling, it has about an hour or so longer wear time.

For reference, I have tanned, olive skin (~NC35) and swatches were photographed indoors under artificial lighting and using a strobe.
Overall
Tom Ford fans will love these. I have so far managed to stop myself from purchasing it in the shade Paradiso! It's been very difficult. ;) You might find you already have similar shades to these if you're a lipstick bandit like myself, though. My only gripe with these shades is that the gold shimmers get left behind on your lips, which isn't very attractive.
