Carli Bybel Anastasia Carli Bybel Eyeshadow Palette ($45.00 for 0.392 oz.) is a new, limited edition 14-pan palette that features a mix of mattes, shimmers, and glitters. Most of the shimmers and matte shades performed well: they were pigmented, blendable, easy to work with, and lasted around eight hours on me. I was surprised that Mandala was stiffer to work with, while Aura had a bit too much
