Over three months after the premature birth of daughter North West, the suddenly scarce reality star, 32, made another rare, low-key outing in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Heading into City Hall with her assistant, the first-time mom kept things supremely casual in a loose gray t-shirt, an open denim button-down and baggy grey combat pants.
James Deen got a little more than he bargained for when he signed up to shoot a porno withTeen Mom 2 alum Farrah Abraham. The adult film star, 27, actually turned down the offer initially but later agreed to do it as long as it didn't turn into a media circus -- which of course it did.
