Late arrivals at the June Ball!

Since early Spring I have been looking forward to the roses being in bloom in time for friends and relations arriving for my daughter's wedding last Friday.  We have had a happy contingent of wedding guests here over the weekend, but cold weather over the past weeks has held back the roses.  Typically, they decided to flower yesterday afternoon, just as everyone had left!  Worth the wait though!
