Well, I'm finally getting to blog properly again! I have missed reviewing so much because I have some more reviews planned which I am really excited about.
So lets just jump right in. The product I am reviewing today is something I have been using A LOT and I am so excited to do this. I am going to be reviewing Argon Oil range of hair care products. I am not really sure about the company but it is Argon Oil.
I have three products from this range. Shampoo, Conditioner and a Hair Mask.
The first product that I got from this range was the Hydrating Hair Mask. I wanted to give a hair mask a try for a really long time but I hadn't been able to find one and I had heard the hype around Argon Oil and that it is amazing for hair. I thought I'd give this one a try because my hair was really dry and damaged. I chose this one because it did say hydrating.
The first time I tried this was on holiday because I got it a few days before I went. I used it before we were going for a meal for my mum's birthday. I followed the directions on the back of the tub and went ahead (I only realised afterwards that I had done it wrong). When I had dried my hair, it felt so soft and light. I have thick hair so when it felt light, it was a nice change. It felt like it had fixed my damaged hair and put some moisture into it. I wouldn't even keep my quiff in tact that I did with my fringe. Because I had followed the instructions wrong, it didn't stay that soft the day after and the next wash.
When I tried it again properly. I got better results. It was still just as soft and light but the results lasted much longer. I don't know what this would be like with thinner hair but I think that it can really work for a lot of different hair types.
Later on, I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner products in the same range. It said on the hair mask that you get better results if you use the matching shampoo and conditioner. I know that is a trade thing to get you to buy other things but I wanted to see if I got even better results. I tried these products just on their own and I loved the results. It left my hair feeling a lot softer and moisturised and less damaged than my normal shampoo. The results are similar to the hair mask but it is not as nice and hydrating because it is not an intense, deep condition. I continue to use these on a regular basis without the mask and I love it. I don't want to go back to my other shampoo and conditioner. Paired with the mask, the results are out of this world. My hair feels like I just had it cut. Its not as heavy and it feels as soft and non damaged as it does after the hairdressers.
Overall, this is an amazing range and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I have made a few recommendations already. They also smell amazing. I can't describe the smell but it smells so good. I also really like the packaging. I makes it look more expensive than it actually is. I love this and I hope that you can also give this a try because it will be worth it.
